This Membership Agreement is established between h8x.net ("service provider") and the registering user ("member") upon completion of registration.

1. Subject

The agreement governs the conditions for using h8x.net services and the rights and obligations of the parties.

2. Membership

Membership is created by registering with accurate and up-to-date information. A person must open an account in their own name with real information.

3. Obligations of the Parties

  • The member uses the account and created content in compliance with applicable law.
  • The service provider makes reasonable efforts to provide the service and may perform technical maintenance and updates.

4. Intellectual Property

The h8x.net brand, interface and software belong to the service provider. The member is responsible for the content they create.

5. Termination

The member may close their account at any time. The service provider may suspend or terminate membership in case of breach.

6. Effect

The agreement takes effect on the date membership begins and remains valid while the account is open.
